MORTISE LOCK FUNCTIONS
We have 8 different functions for our mortise lock that will suits most of your needs and application .
MORTISE LOCK FUNCTION
1.Mortise&Panic Lock
- Latch retracted by knob / lever from either side .
- Deadbolt extended or retracted by key from outside or turn knob from inside.
- Inside knob / lever retracts latch and deadbolt simultaneously.
SPECIAL FEATURES: ANTI-PANIC FUNCTION
The latchbolt & deadbolt will retract simultaneously by turning the interior lever.
–PRESS LEVER : Latch & deadbolt retract synchronously
2.Mortise Lock (Entrance/Sash)
- Latch retracted by knob / lever from either side .
- Deadbolt extended or retracted by key from outside or turn knob from inside.
3.Mortise Bathroom Lock ( PRIVACY)
- A non-keyed function
- Turning knob lever from inside retracts latch and deadbolt.
- Can be opened in emergency from the outside by a special emergency thumb turn,coin turn.
4. Mortise Dead Lock
- Deadbolt thrown or retracted by key outside or thumbturn inside
- No lever handle and latch.
5.Mortise Classroom Lock
- Latch retracted by knob / lever from either side.
- Inside knob / lever always unlock for free egress.
6. Mortise Storeroom Lock( Night Latch)
- Latch retracted by key outside or knob / lever inside .
- Outside knob / lever always locked
- Inside knob/ lever always unlocked for free engress.
7. Mortise Passage Latch
- A non-keyed function
- Turning knob or lever retracts latch from either side.
8. Mortise Roller Latch
- Roller latch is not operated by handles .
- Deadbolt extended or retracted by key from outside or turn knob from inside.
